Meet Christine
Christine Cura’s passion for real estate began with intrigue. After graduating college, she began a career as a business analyst. In short order, she realized she wasn’t made for a life of clock-punching and cubicles. So, when her mother-in-law was looking for a home, Christine’s inquisitive nature stepped in, and she began asking questions about what an agent does, and how they serve their clients. She became enamored by the process and was inspired to get her real estate license. Since that time, she has been an integral part of building a top team in Central New Jersey, as well as growing a luxury real estate division. She also worked in the corporate end of real estate, with both Realogy and Better Homes and Gardens, enabling her to see a holistic view of the industry. Those experiences gave her the backbone of diverse expertise and also taught her that, at the heart of it all, buying or selling a home is much more than a move.
Today, Christine is an independent broker sales associate and advocates for active and adventurous professionals. Her superpower is attentive listening and clearly communicating to ensure that her clients are making the right moves for their specific home or investment goals. She’s dedicated to thorough research and proactive planning for a seamless and stress-free experience and is highly skilled at negotiating contracts, handling expectations, and working with clients who are near or far away.
